The item(s) must be in the exact condition as when it was shipped. New items must be returned exactly in new condition and all factory stickers (if any were on the watch) must still be present and affixed to the watch.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The label will be provided and the cost of which will be deducted from the refund total.
